EXID’s debut pushed back

EXID, an up and coming new girl group, has pushed back their debut.

EXID (pronounced ‘ee-ex-I-D’) is a 6-member girl group formed by the famous producer Shinsadong Tiger.  Their debut was originally scheduled at the end of January, but a member of the group, LE, suffered a leg injury.

Shinsasong Tiger stated, “LE suffered a mild injury on her right leg during her choreography practice.  She is preparing very hard to show you an even greater performance. Once she recovers in February, get ready for EXID’s spectacular performance.”

LE is the rapper of the group and already has had success in the music industry.  She contributed to the track, “Whenever You Play That Song”, along with Huh Gak on Shinsadong Tiger’s first project album.  The track was a major success and hit the #1 spot.  Shinsadong Tiger has called her the “female Yong Junhyung (B2ST).

Only two members of the group EXID are known: LE and Park Jung Hwa.  The rest of the members has been a tightly guarded secret.

Their new debut is now February 14th.  Look forward to their debut!
