Special Edition “Still Alive”
Big Bang released their new re-vamped album Special Edition Still Alive on June 3, 2012. This is a special album which is an upgrade from their previously released album “Alive” in February, 2012. The BIG BANG Special Edition Still Alive album contains four tracks from the previous EP album along with five new original tracks, plus two remixes, totaling nine songs in the album. This new release shows Big Bang’s passion in music by constantly trying to create new music.
Special Edition Still Alive aims to meet the expectations of Big Bang’s fans with new music and sensual visual aesthetics. The album also promotes Big Bang’s international tour, “BIGBANG ALIVE TOUR 2012″. It also includes a digital booklet.
Wonder Girls also released an album on the same day titled, “Wonder Party”.

Big Bang – Special Edition “Still Alive” Album Review
1. Still Alive – “Still Alive” was originally a brief intro song in the “Alive” album. Due to the aspirations of the fans, the song became a full-length track. As the title hints, Big Bang carved a strong, fighting message into the lyrics.
2. Monster – This track contains Big Bang’s distinctive style: sad piano melody along with a house tempo, strong and addictive chorus and even a full length music video to go along with it. The song conveys the feeling of a man who does not want to seem like a monster to his lover, even if the world is against him.
3. Feeling – Big Bang’s free-spirited energy is expressed in this rhythmic song. ”Feeling” is a work completed by G-Dragon and T.O.P that received help from the world-famous DJ BOYS NOIZE. The song is easy going and is concert-friendly as the relaxed and cheerful rhythm promotes the audience to sing along.
7. Bingle Bingle (빙글빙글) – Bingle Bingle translates to “Round and Round”; the song promotes honesty and being direct rather than talking “round and round” and in circles. The directness of the lyrics is very charming and the feeling of freedom comes naturally with Big Bang’s wild voice colors and stimulating beats.
8. Ego – Big Bang’s special trait is the unique metaphorical sense in their lyrics, as this song impressively shows. In addition, the strong melody and the mature theme of the song certainly is charming. “Ego” beautifully tells the feelings of a man in love with the use of groovy electronic pop music in sync with sweet rapping along with addictive chorus.
