“To ensure that the voices of K-pop artists and their global fans who cheer and support their favorite artists can be adequately reflected, follow proper voting practices.

The voting of the “2022 MAMA Awards” currently hosted by Mnet Plus is carefully reviewed step by step to ensure transparent and fair voting throughout the entire process from accession to voting opening and closing.

The entire voting process reveals the total vote and percentage of votes for an artist in real time for all K-pop fans around the world to see.

In addition, data identified as fraudulent during the monitoring process will be excluded from final aggregation.

In the Worldwide Fans’ Choice category, nominees are selected to vote by adding all aggregated data by Mnet Plus, Spotify, Twitter and YouTube.
