BTS, BLACKPINK Join the nominees for the iHeartRadio Music Awards 2023

BTS and BLACKPINK nominated for 2023 iHeartRadio Music Awards! Both groups stood out in different categories alongside popular international artists.

BTS, BLACKPINK nominated for 2023 iHeartRadio Music Awards

On January 11, multiple nominations for the 2023 iHeartRadio Music Awards went to groups K-pop, BTS, and BLACKPINK.

The event announced the full list of nominees, which includes popular artists such as Bruno Mars, Imagine Dragons, OneRepublic and many more.

On the BTS roster, they earned several nominations for the event. Starting in the “Best Music Video” category, the group won the spot with their title track “Yet To Come”.

Additionally, the youngest member of BTS, Jungkook, earned a solo nomination for Charlie Puth’s “Left and Right.”

Not only did BTS get the nominations, but ARMYs also earned a spot in the “Best Fan Army” category.

BLACKPINK was also on the list of nominees. The girl group competes for four separate awards including Best Duo/Group of the Year and three popular voting categories including “Favorite Sample Use”, “Best Music Video” and “Best Female Artist”.

In the “Favorite Sample Use” category, BLACKPINK’s “Pink Venom” took the spotlight, sampling tracks like 50 Cent’s “PIMP”, Rihanna’s “Pon de Replay” and Biggie’s “Kick In The Door”.

In the “Best Music Video” category, BLACKPINK’s “Pink Venom” joins the list.

Their fandom, BLINKs, was also nominated in the “Best Fan Army” category.

BTS Wins Two Trophies at the 2022 iHeartRadio Music Awards

In other news, BTS won two awards at the 2022 iHeartRadio Music Awards.

On March 22, the iHeartRadio Music Awards 2022 was held at the Shrine Auditorium in Los Angeles, California. The awards ceremony was broadcast on Fox along with the show’s official Facebook page and YouTube channel.

BTS won trophies in two out of three categories at the 2022 iHeartRadio Music Awards. For their three-year streak, they won “Best Music Video” with “Butter”.

In addition, the group won the title of “Best Fan Army” for the fifth time.

March 23 iHeartRadio published BTS acceptance speech. In the video, BTS thanked the awards ceremony and everyone who supported them.

“Thank you for loving Butter and our music.

Both K-pop bands received a lot of recognition after the nomination, which shows that the artists have completely caught the attention of the largest music market in the world.
