On October 11, the South Korean girl band returned to the music scene with their new mini-album “Apocalypse: Follow Us” and a music video for “VISION”.

“VISION” is a dark techno track with electronic sounds and a vision of Dreamcatcher’s future. Lyrics were written by LEEZ, Ollounder and Maddox, and the song was composed by LEEZ, member of Glen Check June One, and Ollounder.
Upon its release, Dreamcatcher’s new album “Apocalypse: Follow Us” and its title song immediately made it to iTunes charts in various regions of the world.

In particular, “Apocalypse: Follow Us” hit # 1 on the iTunes Album chart in at least 21 countries, including UK, Australia, Brazil, Hong Kong, Malaysia, Chile, Singapore, Israel, Vietnam.
The mini-album also debuted at number 4 in the US and peaked at number 1, becoming the group’s second project this year to peak at the top of the US iTunes albums (after Apocalypse: Save Us in April). ). With this, Dreamcatcher is now the first K-pop group – and so far the only K-pop group – to have two # 1 albums on the US iTunes album chart in 2022.

For Dreamcatcher’s “VISION”, the title track made the top 100 iTunes Song charts in at least 21 regions, including the United States, Malaysia, Colombia, New Zealand, Philippines, Bahrain, Indonesia, France, Taiwan, Portugal, Australia and not only.

Moreover, Dreamcatcher’s new album “Apocalypse: Follow Us” debuted at number one on both the Worldwide iTunes Album chart and the European iTunes Album chart at the same time. Dreamcatcher now joins BLACKPINK, Red Velvet and LOON as the only girly K-pop group to have at least four albums at the top of the global charts.

“VISION” also entered the Worldwide iTunes Song List and the European iTunes Song List, ranking 22nd and 132nd respectively.

On October 11th at 19:00 KST, “VISION” debuted at # 1 on the Bugs Charts, while bugs from the same album made its top 5. 3rd, Rainy Day 4th, Intro: Chaotical X 5th

As for day one Dreamcatcher sales on the Hanteo Chart of Apocalypse: Follow Us, the total number of copies was 39,736. This is the fourth time the girl group has surpassed 30,000 units on the first day of the album’s release. They previously achieved this with “Apocalypse: Save Us”, “Summer Holiday” and “Dystopia: Road to Utopia”.
