We are now in the first week of October 2022 which means a ton of new songs were released last week. With tons of new songs and news releasing every day, it can be a little hard to keep up to date with our favorite K-pop artists.

So, here’s a compilation of some of the K-pop songs and popular news released from September 29 to October 5.

Returns and debuts

EXID – ‘FIRE’

On September 29, EXID celebrated its tenth anniversary with the release of a special album “X” featuring the main single “FIRE”.

TREASURE – ‘WELCOME’

On October 4, TREASURE returned with the mini-album “THE SECOND STEP: CHAPTER TWO” and the main single “HELLO”.

Red Velvet Seulgi – “28 Reasons”

Red Velvet member Seulgi became the third member of the group to make an official solo debut. She released her first mini-album “28 Reasons”, led by the single of the same name, on October 4.

AB6IX – “Cukiercoat”

AB6IX released their new single “Sugarcoat”, which is part of their sixth mini-album “TAKE A CHANCE” on October 4th.

ONEWE – “Still Here”

ONEWE released their single “Still Here” on October 4.

KINGDOM – “Long Live the King”
