Jeremy Renner shared a lovely note written by his nephew in his Instagram story on Wednesday (March 15).
The Avengers The actor was rushed to the hospital on New Year’s Day after being run over by a 14-ton snowplow outside his home in Nevada.
A 52-year-old man was crushed after trying to re-enter a runaway snow plow after worrying it was heading towards his nephew.
“I’m very lucky because my uncle is Hawkeye (who is one of the Avengers),” Renner’s nephew wrote to him in a handwritten letter. “I’m also lucky that my uncle is alive after the accident.”
Renner captioned his post: “Love my little man. I love you, Auggie.
The actor was recently spotted in Los Angeles for the first time since the accident.
Earlier this month, Renner shared a video of himself riding an exercise bike, using a hand stick to help push off his left leg.
“Whatever it takes,” he wrote in the video’s caption.
