Lee Jun Young has confirmed that he will join IU and Park Bo Gum in the writer’s new drama “Fight My Way.”

Lee Jun Young to star in new drama alongside IU and Park Bo Gum!

On March 15, Lee Jun Young’s agency Jflex announced that the actor had joined the cast of “You Have Done Well” (literal title) and recently participated in a script reading.

The upcoming drama You Have Done Well, with its Korean title written in Jeju dialect, will tell the adventurous life stories of Ae Soon and Gwan Shik, who were born on Jeju Island in the 1950s. In January, it was confirmed that IU would play the brave and rebellious Ae Soon, while Park Bo Gum would play Gwan Shik, a quiet but extremely reliable character.

“You Have Done Well” was written by hitmaker Im Sang Choon from “Fight My Way” and “When the Camellia Blooms” and directed by Kim Won Seok who previously worked on “Misaeng (Incomplete Life)”, “Signal” , and “My Lord”.

Lee Jun Young recently starred in the drama “DP”, as well as “Let Me Be Your Knight” and “May I Help You?”

Production on the drama is expected to begin in the first half of this year. Stay tuned for more updates!
