Lee Seung Gi

“No, I haven’t cried in the last 4 years” he said, adding “Sometimes I had to ask myself if I was capable of feeling sad at all. Whenever I saw signs of it, I would hold back and stop thinking about it.”

Lee Seung Gi continued, “In recent years, many people have asked me how to relieve stress, but I have not been able to give them any answer. I feel stress because I have a lot of pressure, but I never know their origin, only that they multiply over time. I’m the type of person who always hides my nerves and never looks back or wonders about them.

Jang Do Yeon

According to MC, repressing feelings can cause them to explode when an actor cannot control them. She also advised him to write a diary to vent his negative feelings.
