K-pop bands participating in the event include MONSTA X, NCT 127, NCT DREAM, THE BOYZ, Stray Kids, ATEEZ and Tempest. They are also followed by scenes from ASTRO’s duo Moonbin & Sanha, Super Junior Ryeowook, WEi Kim Yohan and SF9 Taeyang.
For all-female K-pop groups, the lineup includes MAMAMOO, OH MY GIRL’s Arin, Weki Meki Choi Yoo Jung, (G)I-DLE, ITZY, aespa, Billlie, IVE, CLASS:y, Kep1er and NMIXX. They are followed by the band Jaurim along with the vocal groups Koyote and FORESTELLA.
The 2022 MBC Music Festival will also feature soloists Jo Sumi, Yoon Jong Shin, 10CM, Younha, Young Tak, Song Ga In, Lee Mu Jin, Chuu, BIG Naughty, Jung Dong Won, BE-O, Choi Yena.
It will be hosted by Jang Sung Kyu, SNSD YoonA and 2PM Junho.
