The footage shows the moment a metal bridge was swept away by floodwater as Hurricane Fiona hit Puerto Rico on Sunday, September 18.
The bridge was built at Utuado on Puerto Rico’s No.1 Highway in 2018 following Hurricane Maria.
On Monday, over a million inhabitants were without electricity because of the hurricane that was approaching the Dominican Republic.
A flood engulfed the country as the storm hits the region, bringing with it “historic” rains and winds of up to 85 miles per hour.
