Switzerland – Cameroon LIVE: World Cup 2022 news and lineups

Fifa World Cup: Day Four Results and Reactions

Switzerland will play Cameroon in Group G of the World Cup in Qatar.

Granit Xhaka will hope to transfer his form from Arsenal to Qatar while the Indomitable Lions will be based on Vincent Aboubakar and Eric Maxim Choupo-Moting at the top.

The Swiss have not been stuck with Sweden in their last 16 games in Russia 2018 and will be confident they can progress to at least this stage, likely competing against Serbia against tournament favorites Brazil who won their group.

Cameroon, on the other hand, returned to the World Cup for the first time since 2014, when they were knocked out in the group stage, and have not progressed further since 1990, when they reached the quarter-finals.
