A teenager named Dan Bi (Kim Seoul Gi) is currently struggling with mathematics but in a glorious past becomes a mathematical scientist. During her short visit, King Lee Do (Yoon Doo Joon) is taken by Dan Bi and swears to love her forever.

Dan Bi uses a puddle to travel from one century to the next. He visits the past and returns to the present day using a puddle. It seems the king is using the same magic to find it in the present. This fantasy series really opens everyone’s imagination. Thanks to “Splash Splash Love” we start to see magic in the smallest things in life. Even puddles become beauty. The fact that this series only has two episodes and features talented actors makes it a must-see! Their acting talent goes far beyond their youth.

5. “Saimdang, Diary of Light”

This is one of the most closely related K-dramas of the modern historical mash-up. Lee Young Ae plays an art history professor who begins reading an ancient diary. The diary gives her a detailed history of the painting from the Joseon Dynasty. Uncovering the truth about the love story of Saimdang (Lee Young Ae) and Lee Gyeom (Song Seung Heon) could help her career and personal life.
