Women’s airport fashion: did they dress up to make us laugh?

Korean celebrities are known for their impeccable style, and their airport fashion is no exception.

From the classic combination of tracksuits and hoodies to the latest fashion trends, celebrities create styles that often delight us.

However, there are also times when their fashion choices leave us scratching our heads, wondering if they just changed up to make us laugh.

One star who stands out for her bold fashion choices is Lee Min Jung. She was spotted wearing a long purple pleated dress and a fitted jacket that exuded a feminine vibe. The shiny fabric of the dress added a special touch to the look, but the long jacket that reached almost to her thighs seemed a bit dated.

It was as if we were looking at a fashion trend from a decade ago. Had she opted for a more minimalist approach to the dress or blazer, the overall look would have been more polished.

Another celebrity who caught our attention with her airport fashion is Lee Da Hee. She wore a chic black outfit consisting of a leather overcoat and a pleated skirt that barely reached her knees.

The combination of a short-sleeved jacket and a short skirt was neither too feminine nor too masculine, with a perfect balance between the two. However, her mismatched lace stockings felt out of place and didn’t quite match the overall vibe of the outfit, leaving us with a slightly awkward look.

BLACKPINK’s Jisoo opted for a more casual style with a cropped puffy jacket, cargo pants and a baseball cap. The natural and casual style suited her very well, especially considering the long hours she had to endure on the flight.

Jisoo’s outfit didn’t have any particular style, but still, it was refreshing to see a celebrity dressed up and dressed in something comfortable for a change. Her lack of attention to detail in fashion, from the crumpled hat to the mismatched top and bottom, was endearing and embodied the essence of “do it your way”.

Finally, Red Velvet’s Joy wore a burgundy ensemble that featured an unbalanced off-the-shoulder top and skirt that showcased her femininity. However, the choice of fabric and cut of the outfit did not flatter her figure, which made her look bulkier than she is.

The casual shoes she paired with the ensemble also felt out of place, creating a mismatched look that didn’t quite hit the mark.
